Wanneer u voor het eerst inlogt op de nieuwe website:

✅ U kunt uw bestaande gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord gebruiken om toegang te krijgen tot uw account.

🔄 Als uw huidige gebruikersnaam geen e-mailadres is, wordt u bij uw eerste login gevraagd om een geldig e-mailadres en wachtwoord op te geven. Dit helpt ons de beveiliging te verbeteren en uw gebruikerservaring te optimaliseren.

📧 Uw nieuwe gebruikersnaam moet een geldig e-mailadres zijn.

(Let op: als u momenteel inloggegevens deelt met een andere persoon of een algemeen e-mailadres gebruikt, raden wij dit af. Om veiligheidsredenen adviseren wij dat iedere gebruiker een eigen account gebruikt.)

Wat u moet doen:

Ga naar de inlogpagina
Log in met uw huidige gegevens
Voeg een geldig e-mailadres toe wanneer hierom wordt gevraagd
Wij gebruiken dit e-mailadres om uw account te verifiëren. Wanneer de verificatie succesvol is, wordt u automatisch ingelogd
Het kan ook zijn dat u wordt gevraagd uw wachtwoord te wijzigen als dit niet voldoet aan onze nieuwe beveiligingseisen.

Als u uw wachtwoord bent vergeten, kunt u dit zelf opnieuw instellen door de volgende stappen te volgen:

Ga naar de inlog-/registratiepagina
Klik op ‘Wachtwoord vergeten?’

Vul vervolgens uw e-mailadres in. U ontvangt een e-mail waarmee u uw wachtwoord kunt wijzigen.
Log vervolgens in met uw nieuwe wachtwoord

Heeft u nog geen Flowtech-account?

U kunt een websiteaccount registreren via de inlog-/registratiepagina. Klik op ‘Registreren’ en vul het formulier in – dit kost slechts enkele minuten.
Vervolgens ontvangt u een verificatie-e-mail op het door u opgegeven e-mailadres.
Open de e-mail en klik op de verificatielink.
U wordt daarna doorgestuurd naar een bevestigingspagina. Vanaf dat moment kunt u uw account gebruiken en profiteren van alle mogelijkheden die Flowtech biedt.

Heeft u al een Flowtech-account, maar nog geen websiteaccount?

Als u al een Flowtech-account heeft en uw websiteaccount hieraan wilt koppelen, kunt u dit als volgt doen:

Ga naar inloggen/registreren en klik op ‘Registreren’.
Vul uw bedrijfsgegevens en uw Flowtech-accountnummer in. Dit nummer vindt u op officiële documenten, zoals facturen.
Nadat u uw e-mailadres heeft geverifieerd, kunt u inloggen en uw bedrijf selecteren.
De bedrijfsbeheerder of primaire contactpersoon kan u vervolgens toegang tot het account verlenen.

Want to request a credit account as you register a new account?

You can request a credit account upon the completion of your account registration.

Go to login/register and click register. Then fill out the form - Note: You need to sign up with your company name
Once you have verified your account you will be given the option to finish your account creation in the My Account page
Here you will need to select New Company and fill out all relevant company information.
At the bottom on this page you will be able to select account type. Select Credit Account

Already have an account but want to request credit?

If you have an existing website account with us you can request credit via the My Account page.

Go to My Account
At the bottom of the list you'll see 'Apply for credit account' - click that
Please fill out the relevant details to complete your credit request

Due to restrictions imposed by the Transport of Dangerous Goods Act, select products can be delivered to MAINLAND UK ONLY.

Any product flagged with "Hazardous Product" will need to be removed from your basket or replaced by a non-hazardous alternative if you're wanting it to be delivered outside of mainland UK.
