Hydraulic systems operate under high pressure and demand maximum reliability. That is why every hydraulic hose assembly at Flowtech follows a carefully controlled assembly process.

1. Cutting the hose to size – The hydraulic hose is cut precisely to length using a specialist cutting machine. A clean, straight cut ensures the fitting can be mounted correctly and seal effectively.
2. Crimping the fitting – Using an advanced hydraulic crimping machine, the fitting is securely crimped onto the hose. The crimping dimension is set precisely based on the hose diameter and fitting type.
3. Testing and quality control – After assembly, the hose assembly can be extensively tested on request using professional test units. We can test up to 4,000 bar, fully in accordance with the ISO 1402 standard.

Hydraulic high-pressure hoses must perform reliably under demanding conditions. That is why our products comply with key international standards, including:

Many of our branded rubber and plastic hydraulic hoses and hose couplings also carry official Type Approval. This means we can supply these products with certifications such as DNV.
